What if the item is defective?
Hsuginseng.com offers a 30-day (from ship date) replacement or full refund for defective items from home appliances and electronics department (excluding DVDs and VCDs). Prior to the return, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective and to see whether they can have the parts shipped directly to you. You can usually find the contact information in the product manual that came with the product.
If the product becomes defective after 30 days but within the warranty period, please work with the manufacturer directly to get it repaired. You are responsible for the return shipping charges of products shipped back to the manufacturer. If the product cannot be repaired, the manufacturer shall replace you with a new product. The manufacturer shall ship the products back to you at their own expense.

Procedures to return products:

1. Attach a photocopy of invoice in your package with return reasons and actions to be taken such as for a refund or exchange.

3. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your return.
